Global Short Selling Disclosure The changing regulatory landscape and its effects

Today’s rapidly changing regulatory landscape presents a challenge for investors trying to stay on top of new disclosure rules and investment data produced as a result of recent regulations. In this paper, we discuss the latest regulatory changes, list direct sources of short-selling transparency across the globe, and discuss some ways investors can take advantage of this data.
