Leon Flek

Leon Flek is the Director of Client Data & Operations at SEI Novus, overseeing both client data processes for The Novus Platform and business operations of the firm. Starting with the Client Data team, Leon applied the key principles of data management and reporting to internal SEI Novus operations. Aside from expanding KPI and business forecasting practices, Leon was instrumental in scalability initiatives through: the overhaul of sales operations (such as CRM implementation, digital contracting and outbound marketing automaton), process automation including in-house development of an OCR tool, and the reduction of the data ingestion footprint. The latter accomplished by leading the phase out of offshore teams and reducing FTEs required for day-to-day data operations.

Prior to the Spring of 2015, Leon held a variety of consulting positions in Washington DC, specializing in analytic and financial services for a wide variety of clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 government contractors. Leon graduated from The University of Maryland with a degree in Finance and International Business with a Minor in Spanish. Leon is a fluent speaker of Russian, Spanish, and Ukrainian.
