Courtney Muller

Courtney Muller is the Human Resources Director at SEI Novus. Courtney is responsible for leading and implementing strategic initiatives focused on finding, attracting and retaining top talent at the company. In her role, she manages all aspects of the talent life cycle and works closely with the management team to grow the unique culture. Prior to SEI Novus, Courtney was a Store Manager at three different high volume retail locations where her main responsibilities included hiring and training teams, exceeding revenue goals, and delivering the highest level of customer service & store experience.

Courtney has a B.A. in English & Writing from Drew University. In addition, she holds a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification and is a Certified Professional Coach with a specialty in leadership coaching.
